My first 10K for about 15 years - great event to get back into some enjoyable, serious - but not so serious running. A great change from running on the road
Many thanks to Linda et al for organising a lovely 10km run. It was very well organised and made the event go smoothly. Many thanks also to all the marshalls who were very encouraging and supportive throughout the run..and there was no chance for anyone to get lost on the route. Well done. The healthy refreshements were also appreciated at the end of the race and were a nice touch, so thanks to sponsors also. A big ask.....would you consider running another event next year ?
I Just ran in the 4k Clandon park run, today and came first in the U16 and im 14. I was awarded the prize by the Owner of Clandon Park Lord So 'n' So. And I got a wicked water bottle, asasics towel, nike bag, huge shiny gold medal and pride.. LOL.
Cant wait til next year! xD
